CANCELLATION POLICY
!POLICIES ARE FIRMLY ENFORCED! Any retainer fee for any service is NON-Refundable. May transfer only once. Must meet the following policies. ~24 hours window prior to appointment 50% of service will be charged (retainer will not be refunded) for late cancellation. *New retainer fee will be required for new appointment. For example: if your appointment is at 9 am you must reschedule before 9 am on the day prior to your appointment to transfer to a new date. NO EXCEPTIONS! ~Same Day of appointment: 75% of service fee will be charged if the service is cancelled the same day of the scheduled time. Retainers are Non-refundable or Non-transferable. ~No Shows: 100% of service will be charged No shows will need to prepay next appointments.
